Opportunity: Operations Officer - UK

We are looking for a practical, solutions-focused and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Oxford MeasurEd’s day-to-day operations and in supporting the delivery of high-quality assessment, research and evaluation programmes. Reporting to the Head of Operations, they will support the use and maintenance of internal systems, assist Project Managers, contribute to talent recruitment, and help ensure our services run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with our policies and values.  

Success in this role means helping maintain efficient operational systems, enabling smooth project delivery, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
